( This website is for the over 40 crowd. ) Were judging on best bands, best place there playing, and if it's an over 40's crowd. The best fun dancing atmosphere with the most space to dance. ( a great band in a small dance floor won't rate at high as a good band in a large dance floor. This site is for people who enjoy the fun of hi energy rock and roll dancin. Period.

FRIDAY OCTOBER 24th, 2025
1st PICK - HOLLOWEEN PARTY with MOONDOGGIE at RIVER ROCK located at 1600 Route 70 in Brick. Get your HOLLOWEEN COSTUMES ON. The band will play rock and party dance songs. Really good lead singers. Very good supporting players. Big dance floor and large outside area on the water. Fun time, good older crowd. Must see show.
2ND PICK - SHORTY LONG AND THE HORNS at B2 BISTRO from 7 pm to 11:00 pm located at 125 Bayview in Bayville, good large outside and inside, good inside restaurant and dance floor. Shorty ( a classical trained and a little person plays rock, party, country dance music, and is an excellant lead singer. Surrounding players are good too. SHORTY IS A SHOW and they have a good dance floor on the water for dancing.
3RD PICK is ROCK BOTTOM BAND from 9 pm to 12 pm at RIV'S restaurant located at 1850 Hooper ave in Tom's River. Good fun dance band with male and female singers. Nice atmosphere casual dress, BUT SMALL DANCE FLOOR
4th PICK is POLISH NANNIES BAND at Sun Harbor from 6 pm to 10 pm located at 451 E. BAY ave in Barnagat. The lead singer is good rock, rock county singer. Beautiful right on the water restaurant with outside raw bar and cocktails bar and with decent dance floor inside. Worth a 35 minute drive from Belmar.
5th Pick is OVERBOARD at The PIG and PARAT in Manasquan. Really fun and good cover band with active lead Singer SKIP in Kilts ( and a school principal ) and talented band mates, but a small place and smaller dance floor.
SATURDAY OCTOBER 25, 2025
1st Pick THE FRIENDZONE BAND from 8 pm to 11 pm at Marina Grill located at the Belmar marina off 10th Ave in Belmar. GOOD female singer and good surrounding players in a big dancefloor on the water, great atmosphere and casual dress. Go see it.
2nd PICK - MOONDOGGIE BAND at B2 Bistro from 8 pm to 12 am located at 125 Bayview ave in Bayville. MOONDOGGIE will be highly animated and play top dance music and warm the outside dance floor to a hot temperature. Great lead singer who takes requests the entire show and animated crew for fun, great dance music and band. Must see show.
3nd Pick - is UNDISPUTED at The Cabin restaurant from 8:30 pm to 12:30 am located at 984 Route 33 in Freehold. Frankie the lead singer is extremely talented and plays older and newer cover songs very well. Decent dance floor on a nice restaurant, casual dress.

4rd PICK is ROCK BOTTOM from 8:30 pm to 12 midnight at MOORES Tavern located at 402 West Main street in Freehold on the water and good size dance floor. REALLY Good rock and roll and party band. Good male lead and female singers and good guitar players and good show. Good food, casual dress, great atmosphere.
5th Pick is Let's be Frank band from 8 pm to 11 pm at Jack's by Tracks on 10th sve in Belmar. Good fun band and indoors but smaller size.
6th Pick is Martells Holloween Party at 8 pm till midnight with Big Bang Baby, good rock dance band, but unable to give the age range.

TUESDAY IS McCanns Bar 6 pm to 9 pm with TURNPIKE MIKE BAND singing rock dance songs located at 1704 Main st in Belmar.
WEDNESDAY IS Bobby Bandeara from 6 pm to 9 pm at Singing Rock dance songs at The ELBOW ROOM located at 1604 main st in BRADLEY Beach.
THURSDAY is The HARMONY Project from 6 pm to 9 pm at BAR A singing older rock music located at 703 16th Ave in Belmar.
