Hi rock and roll dance people. I am " Rocking Joe " an older guy who has been following and dancing at rock band shows for 50 years and 15 years down the shore doing just that. Now I'm picking the best music for the over 40 crowd for high energy rock dance bands.  I categorized rock into different types. This website is primarily for rock music you can dance to.
